Restrictions & Requirements

  • 3 Night minimum stay from June 15, to September 15
  • 50% deposit by VISA, Mastercard is required to confirm a reservation;
  • remaining balance is due one month prior to check in date;
  • a $50 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations;
  • 100% of the rental amount is forfeited if cancelled within the last 30 days to check-in unless we are able to re-book;
  • as per provincial legislation, no smoking is permitted inside the house;
  • we regret we cannot accommodate pets;
  • children are welcome;
  • We request that shoes not be worn inside the property. Slippers are provided for your convenience;
  • Group or company packages can be arranged to include dinner reservations, a catered meal, bike rentals, wine tour or attractions. Theatre tickets can also be purchased on your behalf providing they are available for your requested date;
  • check-in time is 4pm or later (earlier time may be arranged whenever possible);
  • check-out time is 11am.
