Our Rates (two-day minimum booking)

High Season Rate/Night
2-day weekend (Fri & Sat) $395
2-day weekday (Sun - Thurs) $350
Weekly $2200

 

Low Season Rate/Night
2-day weekend (Fri & Sat) $300
2-day weekday (Sun- Thurs) $250
Weekly $1600

 

Restrictions & Requirements

  • 25% deposit by VISA, Mastercard is required to confirm a reservation;
  • remaining balance is due one month prior to check in date;
  • a $25 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations;
  • 25% of the rental amount is forfeited if cancelled within the last 30 days to check-in unless we are able to re-book;
  • as per provincial legislation, no smoking is permitted inside the house;
  • we regret we cannot accommodate pets;
  • children are welcome;
  • We request that shoes not be worn inside the property. Slippers are provided for your convenience;
  • Group or company packages can be arranged to include dinner reservations, a catered meal, bike rentals, wine tour or attractions. Theatre tickets can also be purchased on your behalf providing they are available for your requested date;
  • check-in time is 4pm or later (earlier time may be arranged whenever possible);
  • check-out time is 11am.
